We all had used different DVD discs to burn the discs, so we were only able to conclude that there had to be something about the standard DVD that Eclipse supplies. I found online a few other incidences of people using copied discs in the head unit, and them ending up with the same issues I came across - overheating, with the head unit eventually entering a comatose state.
